{"id":1091,"date":"2024-08-30T17:52:45","date_gmt":"2024-08-30T20:52:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/miracema-nuodex.tech\/?page_id=1091"},"modified":"2024-10-29T08:56:30","modified_gmt":"2024-10-29T11:56:30","slug":"politica-de-tratamento-de-reclamac%cc%a7o%cc%83es-2","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/teste2.zaon.tech\/fr\/politica-de-tratamento-de-reclamac%cc%a7o%cc%83es-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Politique de traitement des r\u00e9clamations des clients"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><span data-text-color=\"secondary\"><strong>Politique de traitement des r\u00e9clamations des clients<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Miracema-Nuodex Ind\u00fastria Qu\u00edmica Ltda., situ\u00e9e dans la ville de Campinas, est une entreprise qui fabrique des additifs chimiques industriels interm\u00e9diaires utilis\u00e9s comme mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re par d&#039;autres entreprises de divers segments dans la composition de leurs produits.<\/p>\n<p>Sp\u00e9cifiquement en tant que produit final, utilis\u00e9 sans transformation par les clients, elle fabrique la ligne de Liquides G\u00e9n\u00e9rants de Mousse (LGE), une ligne certifi\u00e9e par ABNT conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la Norme Technique ABNT NBR 15.511.<\/p>\n<p>Miracema-Nuodex reconna\u00eet que les plaintes de ses clients offrent des opportunit\u00e9s d&#039;am\u00e9lioration de ses produits et services, s&#039;engageant dans sa politique \u00e0 maintenir un syst\u00e8me qui\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Valorise et traite efficacement les plaintes pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es par ses clients\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>Conna\u00eet et s&#039;engage \u00e0 respecter et \u00e0 \u00eatre soumis aux sanctions pr\u00e9vues par la loi, notamment dans la loi 8 078\/1990\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>Analyse les r\u00e9sultats de mani\u00e8re critique et prend les mesures appropri\u00e9es en fonction des plaintes re\u00e7ues\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9finit les responsabilit\u00e9s concernant le traitement des plaintes, en d\u00e9signant le responsable du syst\u00e8me qualit\u00e9 et son \u00e9quipe pour coordonner le bon traitement des plaintes\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9pondre au plaignant, dans les d\u00e9lais fix\u00e9s en interne, sur l&#039;avancement du traitement de la r\u00e9clamation, qui est contr\u00f4l\u00e9 par un num\u00e9ro de note qualit\u00e9\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9pond \u00e0 toute r\u00e9clamation\/r\u00e9clamation adress\u00e9e par ABNT dans un d\u00e9lai de 15 (quinze) jours calendaires.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pour garantir un traitement efficace des r\u00e9clamations, elle maintient un programme de formation pour le personnel impliqu\u00e9 dans les activit\u00e9s \u2013 commerciales, techniques et de gestion, contenant les th\u00e8mes suivants\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Comprendre la loi 8 078 du 11 septembre 1990 qui pr\u00e9voit la protection des consommateurs \u2013 en particulier pour la gamme de liquides g\u00e9n\u00e9rateurs de mousse (LGE).
