city of Campinas-SP, and is aware of its responsibility towards the environment.<br \/>It focuses on understanding and minimizing the environmental impacts associated with its activities, products and services, with an emphasis on waste generation, atmospheric emissions, industrial effluents and the use of natural resources.<\/p>\n<p>It seeks not only to meet legal and other applicable requirements, but also to prevent pollution and continuously improve its environmental performance.<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/><span data-text-color=\"secondary\">Commitments<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Maintain interaction between the community and the company.<br \/>\u2022 Promote broad awareness of environmental issues among employees.<br \/>\u2022 Maintain a proactive relationship with environmental entities.<br \/>\u2022 Promote continuous improvement of the EMS through the establishment and review of environmental objectives and goals.<br \/>\u2022 Minimize waste generation.<br \/>\u2022 Dispose of the waste generated appropriately.<br \/>\u2022 Keep research active with a view to reusing this waste.<br \/>\u2022 Optimize the consumption of natural resources.<br \/>\u2022 Treat industrial effluents.<br \/>\u2022 Control atmospheric emissions.<br \/><br \/><strong>Rev.0,
