{"id":1091,"date":"2024-08-30T17:52:45","date_gmt":"2024-08-30T20:52:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/miracema-nuodex.tech\/?page_id=1091"},"modified":"2024-10-29T08:56:30","modified_gmt":"2024-10-29T11:56:30","slug":"politica-de-tratamento-de-reclamac%cc%a7o%cc%83es-2","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/teste2.zaon.tech\/en\/politica-de-tratamento-de-reclamac%cc%a7o%cc%83es-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Customer Complaints Handling Policy"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><span data-text-color=\"secondary\"><strong>Customer Complaints Handling Policy<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Miracema-Nuodex Ind\u00fastria Qu\u00edmica Ltda., located in the city of Campinas, is a manufacturer of intermediate industrial chemical additives used as raw material by other companies in various segments in the composition of their products.<\/p>\n<p>Specifically as a final product, used without transformation by customers, it manufactures the line of Foam Generating Liquids (LGE), a line certified by ABNT in accordance with Technical Standard ABNT NBR 15.511.<\/p>\n<p>Miracema-Nuodex recognizes that its customers&#039; complaints offer opportunities for improvements in its products and services, committing itself in its Policy to maintain a system that:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Values and effectively deals with complaints presented by its customers;<\/li>\n<li>Knows and undertakes to comply with and be subject to the penalties provided for in laws, specifically in Law 8,078\/1990;<\/li>\n<li>Critically analyzes the results, as well as takes appropriate measures, based on the complaints received;<\/li>\n<li>Defines responsibilities regarding the handling of complaints, designating the Quality System Manager and his team to coordinate the proper handling of complaints;<\/li>\n<li>Responds to the complainant, within internally established deadlines, on the progress of the complaint processing, which is monitored through a quality note number;<\/li>\n<li>Respond to any complaint\/report sent by ABNT within 15 (fifteen) calendar days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To ensure effective handling of complaints, it maintains a training program for personnel involved in activities \u2013 commercial, technical and management areas, containing the following topics:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understanding Law 8,078 of September 11, 1990, which provides for consumer protection \u2013 specifically for the Foam Generating Liquids (LGE) line.
